Muramite armour

Muramite armour (also called Qvic armour or Abysmal Sea armour or Abysmal armour) is similar to the elemental armour which dropped during raids in the Planes of Power. Each slot-specific drop can be turned into a piece of armour. However, unlike the elemental armour, Muramite armour pieces start off being ALL/ALL, and so everyone can use the starting piece that drops, there isn't anything class specific to start with.

Once the item has been created it results in a class specific piece of armour which is around 200hp/mana with some good mods. It's similar to TSS Tier 1 armour (when powered up) but sometimes offers better secondary benefits. Most classes would need to compare on a piece by piece basis.
